If you're looking to update fixed elements in your home, like walls, kitchens, or bathrooms, this is the package for you! As licensed architects, we can take care of everything including design & construction drawings, co-op board approval packages, permit filings, and contractor coordination.

We begin with floorplan options, detailed renderings, and item options to work through the design. From there we create the technical drawings used by the co-op board (when applicable), department of buildings and contractor to execute the work.  Once all the paperwork is in order, we serve as your representative on the job site, making sure construction proceeds in accordance with your approved design. And if any issues arise, we are right there to fix them. 

This package is only available in-person in NY, NJ, and CT.  Pricing is project specific.
