PROJECT:
In this rental friendly transformation, the client just moved to this studio on upper east side of New York City. He wanted a mature space with a defined bedroom, living room large enough to regularly seat 5-6 people, dining table for 4 and a dedicated stretching/exercise area.
INSPIRATION:
The inspiration behind this space was Don Draper, which translated to mid-century modern inspired furniture, and palette of grays, whites, and rich wood tones with deep red accents. The client wanted a fabulous bar and more than anything else an Eames lounge chair.
